Aurashu launched a special training activity on "Lean Production - Creating an Intrinsically Safe Enterprise"
To further strengthen safety production management, prevent and control accident risks, and promote the implementation of lean production management, from June 22nd to 23rd, Aurashu specially invited Mr. Zhang Quanlei, one of the top ten lean production management consulting and training experts in the country, to the company. Based on the on-site and equipment operation conditions, A special training activity with the theme of "Lean Production - Creating an Intrinsically Safe Enterprise" was held. Nearly 50 leaders and safety production managers from various workshops of the company participated in this training activity.
Before the training began, CAI Wei, the deputy general manager and safety director of the group, delivered a speech, emphasizing the significant position of safety production in the development of the enterprise. He hoped that all trainees would study hard, apply the knowledge they have learned to their actual work, and effectively enhance the company's safety production management level. During the training, Teacher Zhang focused on explaining several major aspects including the safety responsibility system for all staff, addressing on-site hazards, implementing risk management, eliminating habitual violations, and strengthening emergency management. During the training process, the trainees were divided into several groups to discuss the safety production issues they encountered in their actual work and express their opinions freely. After the discussion, each group sent representatives to speak actively and share the discussion results. The atmosphere on the spot was very lively. Teacher Zhang provided individual comments and guidance on each group's presentation, further deepening everyone's understanding of safety production management.
