The Aurashu Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technology training event was successfully concluded
To continuously enhance the professional quality and practical skills of the group's engineering and technical team, deepen the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and accelerate the integration of industry, academia and research as well as the transformation of innovative achievements, a special training activity on refrigeration and air conditioning technology organized by the Group's Human Resources Department and participated by relevant departments and overseas offices was successfully concluded recently.

At the beginning of the training activity, Chu Yanguo, the vice president of technology of the group, delivered a speech, emphasizing the significance of deepening the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. He hoped that all the trainees would apply what they had learned, closely combine theoretical learning with practical operation, and inject new vitality into the technological progress and product upgrading of the group.



This training adopts an innovative model of "offline main venue + online cloud classroom" to be conducted simultaneously, and specially invites a team of senior lecturers from Shandong Huayu Institute of Technology to be the main speakers. The training content covers multiple knowledge points such as the calculation of air conditioning load and the determination of supply air volume, the selection of air handling equipment, the design of air conditioning systems, and the thermodynamic principles of vapor compression refrigeration and heat pumps. During the training period, the trainees maintained a high enthusiasm for learning throughout. They listened attentively in the theoretical lectures and actively asked questions in the interactive communication sessions. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the instructor team on technical issues in actual working scenarios, achieving an effective integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
