How long is the warranty provided by Aurashu?

Aurashu provides a standard 12-month warranty period starting from the date of delivery or 18 months from the date of shipment—whichever comes first. During the warranty period, any equipment failure or malfunction caused by manufacturing defects, material quality, or improper assembly will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The warranty covers major components such as compressors, heat exchangers, fans, control systems, and electrical parts under normal operating conditions. Consumable items including filters, belts, lubricants, and sensors are not covered, but replacement parts can be supplied at a discounted rate.

Aurashu also offers extended warranty and service contracts upon request. For overseas clients, we provide remote technical assistance, online diagnostics, and on-site service through our authorized local partners. Customers can register their products and track warranty status through our service portal or by contacting the Aurashu after-sales department.

Regular maintenance according to the operation manual is required to keep the warranty valid. Any unauthorized modification, improper installation, or use of non-original spare parts may void the warranty.
