What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Update Time:2025/10/10

Aurashu offers a flexible minimum order quantity (MOQ) policy designed to accommodate different project scales — from pilot testing and small engineering batches to full-scale commercial installations.

For most standard products such as fan coil units (FCU), air handling units (AHU), air purifiers, and control modules, the typical MOQ starts from 1–5 units, allowing customers to conduct equipment testing, project verification, or initial market evaluation before mass procurement.

For customized or non-standard products, including special voltage configurations, intelligent control systems, or high-precision constant temperature and humidity units, the MOQ may vary based on production line setup, component availability, and engineering complexity. In such cases, our sales and engineering teams will provide a tailored quotation and MOQ proposal to ensure cost efficiency and technical feasibility.

Aurashu’s modular production system enables low-volume manufacturing without compromising performance or quality standards. All units — regardless of quantity — undergo the same strict quality inspection and performance testing before shipment.

We also support batch consolidation, allowing different models or system components to be combined within a single shipment to meet project-specific requirements and reduce logistics costs.

Clients engaged in long-term cooperation or strategic partnerships may benefit from lower MOQ thresholds and priority production scheduling, ensuring flexible and efficient supply for global projects.

For detailed MOQ information, customers are encouraged to contact our international sales department, which will provide model-specific data and help optimize the procurement plan based on your project needs.
