To enhance the comprehensive professional quality of the company's employees, improve the business skills of all staff, and strengthen the coordinated development of various departments within the company, Aurashu launched the 2025 internal training program in mid-August. Currently, the first phase of the training has been successfully concluded. This internal training activity was initiated by the Human Resources Department and was open to employees from relevant departments of the group. All overseas offices conducted the learning and training in real time through the Internet.
