Does the system support modular installation?
Yes, Aurashu’s Integrated Low-Temperature Heating Modular Unit fully supports modular installation, and this design is one of the core advantages of the system. Modular architecture significantly improves flexibility, scalability, construction convenience, and long-term operational reliability. By integrating advanced EVI low-temperature compressors, high-efficiency heat exchangers, unified intelligent control, and standardized hydraulic/piping interfaces, the system enables fast deployment, phased investment, and precise capacity matching for projects of various sizes.
From an engineering perspective, modular installation means each unit functions as an independent heating and cooling module, capable of operating alone or in synchronized coordination with multiple units. For small applications, a single module can meet basic heating or cooling demand. For medium and large commercial projects, multiple modules can be combined—typically 2–16 units—to form a centralized, high-capacity system without requiring a large mechanical room or complicated construction.
Aurashu applies a “plug-and-run” modular strategy: factory-tested modules are pre-configured with optimized refrigerant circuits, electronic expansion valves, and control parameters. Once delivered onsite, installers only need to connect water pipes, power supply, and communication cables. This approach dramatically shortens installation time, lowers labor cost, and minimizes commissioning errors.
Modular design also solves a major challenge in cold-climate heat pump operation—capacity decay and load fluctuation. With multi-module intelligent scheduling, the controller automatically adjusts each module’s output based on real-time building load. When heating demand is low, only one or two modules run at partial load to ensure efficiency; when demand peaks, all modules start in sequence to deliver full capacity. The built-in balancing algorithm distributes operating hours evenly among modules, reducing mechanical wear and extending service life.
In addition, modular installation enhances redundancy and operational stability. If one module requires maintenance, the remaining modules continue operating without interrupting heating or cooling supply. This N+1 backup capability is important for hospitals, data centers, hotels, schools, and industrial facilities where continuous operation is essential.
Aurashu further improves modular compatibility by adopting unified unit dimensions, standardized anchor points, and matching water-side connections. Modules can be installed side-by-side or stacked (depending on model), enabling flexible adaptation to rooftop, outdoor yard, or equipment platform layouts. For decentralized heating or renovation projects, modules can be delivered and installed in phases, allowing customers to expand capacity with minimal additional construction cost.
With support for centralized BMS integration, RS485 communication, remote diagnostics, and cloud monitoring, multiple modules behave like a single, intelligent system. Operators can view system status, module load rates, energy consumption, and operational data in real time, ensuring efficient management.
Overall, Aurashu’s modular installation solution provides unmatched flexibility, easy expansion, stable performance, and superior lifecycle cost advantages, making it ideal for residential communities, commercial complexes, industrial plants, schools, hotels, and cold-climate district heating networks.
