Our standard warranty period is 12 to 24 months from the date of delivery (or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first). During this period, we offer free replacement or repair for any parts proven to be defective due to material or manufacturing issues under normal use.

For overseas clients, Aurashu maintains a global service network and provides spare parts supply and maintenance consultation through certified service partners.
