What is the warranty period?

During the warranty period, Aurashu offers free repair or replacement for any failures caused by manufacturing defects, material issues, or design faults under normal usage and maintenance conditions. Consumable parts such as filters and belts are not covered unless otherwise specified. For exported equipment, Aurashu provides remote technical support, spare parts supply, and local service cooperation to ensure timely assistance. Extended warranty packages are available upon request, offering additional years of coverage and preventive maintenance options. Customers are encouraged to register their equipment after installation to activate the warranty and ensure faster service response.
