What is the service life of the air filter?
The service life of an air filter depends on its type, efficiency grade, environment, and operating conditions. In general, coarse and medium-efficiency filters (G1–M6) have a lifespan of about 3–6 months, while fine filters (F7–F9) typically last 6–12 months. HEPA and ULPA filters—used in cleanrooms, laboratories, or hospitals—usually serve for 12–24 months under stable conditions. However, in dusty, humid, or polluted environments, replacement intervals should be shorter.
To ensure efficient performance, Aurashu recommends performing regular inspections and monitoring pressure drop levels. When resistance rises above the specified limit, the filter should be replaced promptly to avoid reduced airflow and higher energy consumption.
